Preventative Maintenance Specialist

We seek a high-calibre Preventative Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities.

  • This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • You will be responsible for inspecting equipment, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventative maintenance solutions to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors to manage projects and maintain strong working relationships is essential.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in maintenance management, particularly in custodial environments or commercial settings, is highly desirable.
