Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting critical emergency response equipment.

  • Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs.
  • Support the team with equipment testing, preparation, and reporting.
  • Learn how to diagnose faults and work towards completing repairs under supervision.
  • Travel with senior technicians to customer sites across South Australia and western NSW.
  • Grow into the role by building technical knowledge and customer service confidence.

About You

We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience. You don't need to be highly experienced – what matters is your attitude and willingness to develop.

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Interest in mechanics, electrical work, or hands-on technical roles.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to complete reports and forms.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Current driver's licence essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work (generally Monday to Friday).
  • Ability to obtain a National Police clearance (we'll support you through the process).
