Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Technical Expert.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our Service Center and Field Service teams, driving safety culture, and sharing best practices to improve performance and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to Service Center and Field Service teams.
  • Support complex quotes and projects in Service Centre or Field Service.
  • Share knowledge and expertise between service centers and field service teams to enhance performance and competitiveness.
  • Be the point of contact for central teams: technical, products, applications.
  • Resolve claims and troubleshooting for complex issues at customer sites.
  • Support commissioning and customer process optimization.
  • Visit customers to provide technical support with their equipment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical competence plan for the Service Operations team.
  • Train the team on specific technical skills and assess their proficiency.
  • Support the development of senior Field Service Engineers to become Assessors.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for service operations.
  • Define priorities for training, investments, performance improvement, and customer requirements.
