Recoveries Claims Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recoveries Claims Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Motor insurance claims team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the recovery process for motor claims.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in recoveries or collections, dealing directly with customers/clients over the phone. You will be responsible for assessing and investigating motor insurance claims to identify opportunities for recovery, engaging in effective negotiation with relevant third parties, and collaborating with internal teams to gather essential data and supporting evidence for successful recoveries.

You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and documentation, evaluate the feasibility of legal action, and liaise with legal counsel when necessary. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to clients, brokers, and management on recovery progress, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims recoveries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients, has excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and is able to work both within a team and autonomously.
