We are seeking an experienced Childcare Operations Manager to join our team at C&K Childcare & Kindergarten. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in managing operations across our childcare centres in Queensland.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The fixed-term contract will run until December 2025 with possible extension. You will be required to travel across the C&K centres located throughout QLD.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support service delivery, including implementation of new services, to promote integrated approaches and achieve quality outcomes, and regional objectives aligned with C&K strategy, priorities, and values.
- Apply effective communication and leadership strategies to engage staff, and work collaboratively, including partnering with other services in the area to support and inspire a shared sense of purpose and deliver outcomes for children and families.
- Manage service performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Support services to identify and be responsive to client/community needs.
- An ACECQA approved bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and supporting early childhood education and care services/programs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- A willingness to travel when required across your region.
- Experience in multi-site management is desirable.
- A practical understanding of key issues, strategies, and best practices in early childhood education, child health, wellbeing and inclusion, early childhood curricula, and development frameworks.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate across team collaboration and cooperation to achieve best practice outcomes in child wellbeing and inclusion.
The successful candidate will have access to:
- A salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
- Access to phone, laptop, fleet vehicle, professional development, training, and support.
- 6 weeks annual leave.
