Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transport Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our transport planning and advisory business, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of transportation solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of data-driven transportation strategies using various analytics and modelling tools.

You will work closely with our dedicated team on a range of projects, from project inception to concept and detailed design stages.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transport modelling, including data collection, preparation and analysis, as well as proficiency in tools such as Aimsun, VISSIM, and SIDRA.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support major travel demand modelling, multi-modal transport studies, network and corridor strategies
  • Conduct micro, meso, and macro modelling for multi-modal transport projects and corridor plans
  • Develop reports and presentations using visualisation software

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' experience in transport modelling or a related field
  • Proficiency in Aimsun and/or Vissim software, with experience in other traffic modelling tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, guidelines, and legislation
  • Ability to solve complex technical and strategic problems
