Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Providing personalized care and support to customers with complex needs, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
- Assisting customers with daily tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and light household cleaning
- Transporting customers to medical appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
- Maintaining accurate records of customer progress and providing regular updates to team members
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle with comprehensive insurance coverage
