Job Overview:

We are seeking a Gym Attendant to join our team of professionals. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and motivation to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members with a smile and attend to their enquiries
  • Engage and motivate members on the gym floor
  • Conduct fitness consultations, including designing customized fitness programs
  • Execute group training sessions with a focus on innovation and motivation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the gym floor
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle membership services duties

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
  • Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Cert III in Fitness or relevant Bachelor Degree
  • First Aid & CPR Certification

  • A minimum 3% pay increase every year
