Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Multifunctional Attendant. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of front of house reception, inbound sales, and monitoring of gym floor across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking opening and closing procedures, processing payments, balancing the till, conducting end of month stock-takes, handling membership enquiries, building and maintaining health club relationships, and maintaining safe and clean facilities at all times.

This is a full-time position requiring availability throughout the week and on weekends. Some shifts may be during the day or evening, and flexibility across the week will be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service focus and ability to provide exceptional service to members
  • Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a reception/admin environment
  • Ability to maintain a Child Safe environment at all times
