About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that awaits at a beautiful garden in Mount Annan. In this role, you will lead a team of Site Rangers, ensuring a seamless visitor experience while maintaining safety and security.

You will manage day-to-day operations, overseeing site safety, security, and compliance while building strong relationships with internal teams, volunteers, and external stakeholders.

Your leadership and proactive approach will help maintain a positive visitor experience and safeguard the garden's assets and reputation.
