About the Role

This permanent full-time opportunity offers a rewarding experience as a Garden Manager, where you will maintain and improve our parks, gardens, and landscaped areas, focusing on Sylvan Grove Native Gardens.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain gardens according to service requirements and programs.
  • Provide recommendations for mulching, watering, and maintenance.
  • Develop skills and training for staff.
  • Assess risks and hazards in your controlled areas.
  • Identify and rectify landscape deficiencies.
  • Offer assistance and advice to management, staff, customers, and the community.
  • Complete works within timeframes.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Horticulture or a similar field.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Chemical Users Accreditation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in garden maintenance.
