About the Role

Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a leading contract manufacturing facility specializing in complementary medicines and health food products. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our development team and oversee the delivery and construction of our manufacturing facility development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia
  • Provide guidance to the project team on program and processes, finances, HSEQ management, procurement, contracts, and stakeholder relationships
  • Project manage all assigned pipeline projects, including cost control and ensuring timely completion
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, owners, sub-contractors, and other authorities
  • Prepare constructing programs for forecasting and controlling project progress
  • Maintain and improve existing quality assurance documentation and procedures
  • Prepare contract tenders and procure building materials from China, ensuring quality control
  • Coordinate general site management and works
Requirements
  • Tertiary study in a related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • English and Mandarin bilingual language skills
  • Good communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of all facets of the building process
