Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Utilizing latest field-based mobile technology to assist in managing daily work schedules.
  • Inventory input on company allocated service vans & customer sites.
  • Gaining experience in dealing with top-tiered customer bases.
  • Performing routine maintenance & completing service work - reactive & planned.
  • Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services. You will also assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs and record notes and file service records appropriately.

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.

You will partner with us to maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
