About Our Home Care Services

At Regis Aged Care, we provide personalized and respectful care that embraces the experience of ageing. Our in-Home Care services are designed to support clients in maintaining their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.

Your Role as a Domestic Assistant

You will play a vital role in providing customized assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Providing services to the client in their home as outlined in the Care Plan, and regularly reviewing the Care Plan to ensure you have an up-to-date understanding of particular client circumstances, needs, and services.
  • Carrying out duties of general cleaning and support around the client's home.
  • Assisting with meal preparation.
  • Monitoring the client and their environment and reporting any issues, needs, changes, or suggestions to your Client Services manager.

About You

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves on delivering customer service excellence. You'll have:

  • A warm and caring nature
  • A positive and practical attitude and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills
  • A current driver's licence
  • Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle
  • Confidence and ability to use smartphone technology (including email and video conferencing)
  • First Aid/CPR Qualifications
