Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing customized care and services to our clients, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as getting up and ready for the day, shopping, meal preparation, and medication management
- Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation as needed
- Keep clients' homes clean, tidy, and safe
- Provide companionship and support to clients, enabling them to pursue their hobbies and interests
Requirements
- Warm and caring nature
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Positive and practical attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
