Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at EasyA. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all construction projects and undertaking project management and administration of projects within Sydney Metropolitan and NSW Regional Areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inputs and advice during project's design development phase to ensure quality and buildability.
- Project manage and report via internal project management tools and IT systems.
- Analyse, review and determine risks and mitigations in the construction phase of projects to meet the statutory obligations.
- Attend site meetings, undertake reporting and governance, quality assurance, compliance audits; WHS management and reporting; documentation and liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake critical inspections to identify, implement, track and report to stakeholders and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Senior Safety Officer, Construction Quality Administration Manager, Senior Development Manager and WHS Unit.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and experience with building contracts, WHS legislation and appreciation of construction/development project risks and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated understanding of design processes and construction detailing.
- Qualifications in Building Surveying, Engineering, Architectural or Construction related discipline.
- Comprehensive and technical knowledge of construction methodologies, compliance standards within the Australian residential construction sector along with extensive industry experience.
