* As a Senior Construction Manager with Bluestone Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of sub-contractors on a large-scale commercial build project in the CBD.
* You will assist in driving the team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, while also overseeing safety protocols and maintaining a positive work environment.
Your Experience:
* We are seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience in a 2IC or site foreman role, preferably with experience in high-rise structures and projects exceeding $100M.

* A strong attitude and temperament are essential for success in this role.
