**Job Summary**

This is a Senior Site Manager opportunity to join the Buildability Group, a well-established and reputable Sydney builder with a strong commitment to delivering complex projects in multiple sectors.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement construction programs, coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure successful project delivery, meeting their expectations and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to manage the construction program.
  • Liaise with the commercial team to identify variations and claims.
  • Ensure OHS compliance on site, including site inductions and managing safety protocols.

**Requirements**

  • Trade qualification as a Carpenter.
  • Extensive local experience on projects exceeding $80m.
  • Minimum 10 years of local experience as a Site Manager, delivering complex new build projects.
  • Strong man-management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labor.
  • Highly skilled in OH&S, with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively.
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
