Our clinic is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented receptionist to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming patients and managing all front desk interactions.

About the Role

This role is suited to someone who is well organised, great with people, and confident using computers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and managing appointment bookings
  • Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Processing payments and managing health fund details
  • Utilising practice management software for scheduling and administration tasks
  • Supporting the dental team with basic assisting tasks when needed
  • Contributing to a calm and friendly clinic environment

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in computer skills and a fast learner
  • Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • A great communicator with strong people skills and a good sense of humour
