Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end financial requirements for our organization and its subsidiaries.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering accurate and informative statutory reports, monthly management and board reporting packs, and liaising with relevant managers to deliver accurate financial accounts. You will also manage all applicable insurance, taxation, and statutory requirements, including liaising with external auditors.

In addition, you will oversee the processing and control of the payroll function for our organization and its subsidiaries, and lead and foster the development of a small team. You will collaborate and attend regular meetings with our Finance Committee, providing financial information and updates as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role within a service-based organization with a commercial mindset. You will also have an understanding of Owners Corporation management, proven leadership skills, and experience driving performance, culture, and productivity. Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance and CA/CPA qualification are essential.
