Marketing Project Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating between clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign timelines using project management tools.
  • Create, assign, and track tasks to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain clear records of deliverables, priorities, and updates.
  • Work closely with creatives, media buyers, content producers, and other team members to push campaigns forward.
  • Follow up on tasks, help resolve bottlenecks, and support cross-functional teamwork.
Client Communication
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and act as the main contact for campaign updates and execution.
  • Run regular client meetings or check-ins to present updates, collect feedback, and align on priorities.
  • Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and adds value to the client relationship.
Campaign Coordination
  • Monitor progress across campaigns and report on task status and milestones.
  • Assist in preparing performance summaries, timelines, and client-ready reports.
