Project Coordination Role

Demanding Career Opportunity in Marketing Project Management

This pivotal role is essential for the effective deployment of our portfolio strategy, aligned with our business framework. It involves the successful execution of product-related projects encompassing new product development, value engineering, and supply optimization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing low to medium complexity projects end-to-end, including:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Overseeing project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing proactive solutions
  • Fostering effective communication within the project team and across departments
  • Ensuring quality standards are met and deliverables are on schedule
  • Ensuring planning, readiness, and compliance to applicable project governance processes

About You:

  • Proven experience in the food industry (advantageous)
  • Formal project management training (advantageous)
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Experienced in change management and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strategic business focus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and balance tactical and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. project management, commercial, operations, R&D)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights
