Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in a workshop or dealership environment and is looking to take their career to the next level.

The Service Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including opening and closing jobs, parts and timesheet allocation, follow-up on post-warranty and service work, planning job schedules and booking workshop jobs, accounts payable and receivable processing, debtor/creditor management, and greeting customers for the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening/closing jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicing
  • Follow up of post warranty and service work
  • Planning of job schedules & booking workshop jobs
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable processing
  • Debtor/Creditor management
  • Greeting of customers for service department

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Parts Department support
  • Scheduling of company truck

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior service administration experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Professional presentation
  • Forklift licence
