We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Management and Workplace Wellbeing Specialist.
This role involves developing and implementing effective risk management strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. It also includes promoting a positive workplace culture that prioritizes employee wellbeing and safety.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of workplace health and safety principles, as well as experience in injury management and return-to-work programs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans, identifying and mitigating potential hazards
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on WHS best practices and policies
- Monitor and report on workplace incidents and injuries, making recommendations for improvement
