Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage logistics and warehouse activities efficiently, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory management
  • Organizing transportation routes and ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices
  • Working with vendors and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
  • Tracking and monitoring shipments, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Lifting and moving inventory, conducting regular stocktakes to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to optimize space and efficiency
  • Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and standards
  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, and preparing orders for shipment
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage logistics and warehouse activities efficiently
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of inventory management systems, and a proactive attitude
  • Personal Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility: Must have full working rights in Australia
