About the Warehouse Role

We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader to manage our warehouse operations and drive strategic growth.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a track record in warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be hands-on but strategic, with the ability to see both the big picture and fine details.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of warehouse activities.
  • Drive operational excellence, waste reduction, and cost optimisation through Lean principles.
  • Ensure best practice inventory control, accuracy, and system optimisation.
  • Develop and deliver warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, safety standards, and chain of responsibility requirements.
About You
  • Extensive experience in warehouse management is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A solid understanding of quality and safety management (ISO, HACCP, GMP) is necessary.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) optimisation and continuous improvement is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are key.
  • Supply chain or logistics qualifications, and sector experience will be highly regarded.
