We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Rowland Flat warehouse and dry goods store.
In this role, you'll oversee safety, quality, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement and efficiency. You'll work closely with the broader operations business to deliver on performance objectives, optimise inventory management, and enhance customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of warehouse and dry goods store activities.
• Drive operational excellence, waste reduction, and cost optimisation through Lean principles.
• Ensure best practice inventory control, accuracy, and system optimisation.
• Develop and deliver warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics (DIFOT, productivity, cost effectiveness)
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, safety standards, and chain of responsibility requirements.

You'll bring strong leadership skills, a track record in warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You're hands-on but strategic, with the ability to see both the big picture and the fine detail.

Skills

• Extensive experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of QSE Management (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
• Proven experience WMS optimisation and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Supply chain or logistics qualifications, and WMCG sector experience will be highly regarded.
