Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team on a 15-month maximum term contract. The successful candidate will provide systems support and facilitate various lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating people and culture lifecycle activities, including onboarding, training, performance management, and data output.
  • Maintaining high levels of compliance and data security for all P&C systems and user access.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting data integrations issues, working closely with the People Systems & Project Manager and Technology teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Proficient in HR systems, ideally Cornerstone.
  • Previous experience in a similar systems role.
  • Troubleshooting experience and basic understanding of data transfer and system integrations.

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Experience implementing an HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Experience using/troubleshooting Applicant Tracking Systems and strong consideration of risk in day-to-day tasks.
