Job Title: Infrastructure Design Lead

We are seeking a strategic and driven leader to guide our Engineering team in delivering high-quality road and drainage designs across a diverse portfolio of projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a skilled team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions for roads and drainage systems.

As an experienced infrastructure professional, you will drive strategic planning and oversee the successful execution of our capital works and operational programs. You will also champion exceptional customer service by supporting the team in resolving enquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a skilled team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions for roads and drainage systems.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills to head a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in project and operational management, including experience in the preparation and management of substantial budgets.
- A knowledge of external funding such as grants.
- Extensive experience in the latest road and drainage design requirements.
- Proven written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed analytical capabilities, to ensure accurate and concise engineering advice is provided.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering.
