The Role:

As a senior data professional, you will play a pivotal technical role in designing and delivering advanced Data Science projects that create significant value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-impact AI solutions and guide strategic investment in data initiatives.
  • Work across the full delivery lifecycle, from prototypes and pilots to scalable, production-grade solutions embedded in core systems.
  • Help shape our AI ecosystem, contributing to platform development, tooling, and best-practice frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Data Science, ML, Statistics, Actuarial, Engineering, Maths)
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant data science/statistical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • 7+ years experience in Data Science, AI, or closely related fields
  • Proven experience developing and productionising ML pipelines
  • Strong programming skills and experience with ML pipeline optimisation
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and neural networks
  • Experience with Databricks (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and experience building prototypes or POCs (mandatory)
