We are seeking a seasoned Business Change Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements through workshops and structured engagement.
  • Translating business needs into actionable outcomes and technical specifications that guide solution design and delivery.
  • Conducting current state assessments and developing future state models to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Performing gap analyses to support strategic decision-making and transformation planning.
  • Developing business cases by supporting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and value propositions.
  • Liaising between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret patterns and behaviors.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate across levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
