Learning Diversity Leader

The role of the Learning Diversity Leader is to support students with diverse learning needs and to lead staff in supporting and extending their students.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to values-driven education
  • Aware of MACS 2030 Vision and 'Vision for Learning' framework
  • Knowledge of Explicit Instruction and Victorian Curriculum 2.0
  • Deep understanding of assessment tools and analysis of these
  • Collaborate effectively as part of the Leadership Team
  • Lead staff in writing Professional Learning Plans (PLPs) with SMART goals, and in maintaining required documentation records for National Consistency in Teacher Evaluation (NCCD)

Special requirements include:

  • Hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education or willing to gain Accreditation
