Our Mission
To support the Victorian government's Education State Agenda by ensuring that all students have access to quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Job Description
The successful candidate will lead our efforts to implement policy and programs, enhance service delivery, and improve educational and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people with disability and additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education policies and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective programs and services
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on inclusive education practices
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, service providers, and government departments
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- Proven experience in leading teams and implementing large-scale programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
