We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to our consumers.

This role is crucial in building trust, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process consumer orders and inquiries accurately through various systems.
  • Provide clear, patient communication, particularly with elderly consumers or those with unique needs.
  • Manage product and service inquiries, offering tailored advice and solutions.
  • Communicate supply information, stock updates, and substitutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order data.
  • Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and user guidance for online ordering and product queries.

Requirements

1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a consumer-focused environment.

Strong listening skills, able to communicate effectively and warmly.

Proficiency in technology, with experience in Shopify and MS Office highly regarded.

Solid time management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

A detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.

Experience in consumer products.
