About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Bespoke Customer Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide an exceptional in-store customer experience, empower customers by identifying their needs, and deliver tailored product and service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our organisation in-store and deliver high-quality customer service to all customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide bespoke product and service solutions to transform their telecommunications experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest technology, devices, and services.
  • Contribute to a target-driven sales environment, collaborating with team members to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and support career growth within our organisation.
