We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Virtual Training Presenter to deliver high-quality online training sessions from our dedicated studio.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development in a virtual environment, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual training sessions on various topics related to our business processes, systems, and customer service.
  2. Utilize virtual training platforms effectively to create a positive and participative learning experience.
  3. Present training content clearly, concisely, and enthusiastically, adapting your style to suit different learning needs.
  4. Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to understand training needs and content.
  6. Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
  7. Ensure all training materials and the virtual learning environment are well-prepared for each session.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering training, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and related technology.
  • Ability to adapt to different audiences and facilitate effective learning experiences.
