Job Title: Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced facilitator to lead our learning and development programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training sessions that meet the needs of our diverse groups.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coaching and development skills, with the ability to facilitate courses within allocated time frames. You will also have strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Design principles and processes.

As a dynamic and adaptable individual, you will be able to think strategically based on business needs and take ownership of projects to completion. Your positive and energetic attitude will enable you to work effectively within a team and across departments, building rapport with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Foster a collaborative environment to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with our enterprise goals.

  • Partner with the Leadership Development Manager to design and implement learning solutions with measurable capability uplift.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning content is current with new policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and team members to drive business results.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent coaching and development skills to facilitate effective learning experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Design principles and processes.

  • High-end facilitation and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtually.

  • Adaptability and comfort with changes in business direction and priorities.

  • A positive and energetic attitude, working effectively within a team and across departments.
