Job Title: Virtual Learning Facilitator

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and articulate individual with a strong background in learning and development. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.

This role requires someone who can deliver engaging live virtual training sessions on a variety of topics, including business processes, systems, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize virtual training platforms to create interactive and participative learning experiences.
  • Present training content clearly and concisely, using various delivery styles to suit different learners.
  • Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed and ensure all training materials are well-prepared.

It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in delivering training, preferably in a virtual setting. A strong understanding of the automotive industry or customer service would be highly desirable.
