Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team and contribute to the improvement of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to inspire and motivate a positive culture, and have experience in an NDIS business or similar sector.

  • Lead a team of support workers and assist with their duties where necessary
  • Liaise with the community and Not-For-Profit organisations
  • Recruitment and hiring - determining staffing requirements
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in place, adhering to guidelines
  • Enhance strategic planning and develop culture
  • Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the service
  • Performance management of staff members

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A full Australian driver's license
  • Diploma of Community Services or similar qualification
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture
  • Ability to relate to and empathise with individuals of various ages social and cultural backgrounds
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
