Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to curate a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints from arrival to departure, while maintaining a positive and dynamic team environment.

The role requires a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses proven abilities in multitasking. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and keen to bring your unique flair to a forward-thinking workspace, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations team, setting high standards of service for our guests.
  • Work synergistically with the Venue Manager, ensuring crystal-clear transparency across all daily operations.
  • Facilitate a supportive team dynamic, conduct regular check-ins with the operations team; promoting professional development, collaboration and high performance.
  • Manage membership renewals; striving to achieve and retain occupancy targets.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a high-end customer service environment, with exposure to account management and sales targets.
  • Natural leader with 2+ years of experience nurturing and guiding a tight-knit team.
  • Adept at establishing strong rapport with customers, grasping their unique business needs, keeping a keen eye on new business opportunities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior time management skills.
