Chief Financial Officer

This is a dynamic and innovative role that requires an entrepreneurial, commercially astute leader who can drive business growth and deliver strategic financial leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing statutory reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our team as Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of the Executive team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage statutory reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance across the group.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions to inform business decisions.
  • Provide value-added advice to the Executive team on strategic and operational matters.
  • Manage treasury and cashflow functions across the group.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical accounting skills, either in a chartered accounting or similar head office accounting environment.
  • Proven experience in managing statutory reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
