  • Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner stewardship report preparation and data collection.
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist and action client queries, renewals, policy changes, and coverage advice.
  • Provide high-standard service and professional advice throughout the sales process and full policy lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, product, and legislative developments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tier 1 accreditation.
  • Demonstrate basic technical understanding of broad insurance products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
