The Role

Our company seeks an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to fill a 12-month fixed term position at our Munster site in Western Australia.

This role is on a 72 hour per fortnight roster working 10.3 hours per day between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

As a Plant Operator, you will safely and correctly operate heavy mobile plant and machinery to manage the loading of product to supply customers via rail, as well as provide mobile plant site services.

To be successful in this role, you must enjoy working in a small team, be flexible and approachable, and feel pride in doing a good job in a safe manner.

This is a great opportunity to gain production and quarrying experience in a secure and growing industry with the ability to be trained in and gain mobile plant operator tickets.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety, health and environment standards
- Operate mobile and fixed plant equipment
- Undertake housekeeping, basic maintenance and general labour duties
- Report Incidents/hazards to the supervisor

What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in operating mobile plant and/or heavy equipment
- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Front End Loader Ticket (desired but not essential)
- Familiarity working in or around public or private rail sidings would be desired but not essential
- Strong commitment to health and safety
