The Staff Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI technology, machine learning, and agentic systems across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish a clear vision and strategy for the company's AI and data platform, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Determine measurable success metrics and monitor progress towards achieving these goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize AI initiatives, making informed decisions based on feasibility, cost, and strategic relevance.
- Proven experience in AI/ML or platform product management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking sectors.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training and orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) and Snowflake as a foundation for data/AI solutions.
