Seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering evidence-based, person-centred and outcome-focused positive behaviour support, we encourage you to apply.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to participants in community settings, working collaboratively with the leadership group to optimise the quality of supports and ensuring OCA provides a workplace that is safe, healthy and respectful.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current suitability (i.e. registration) with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour support and excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), influencing, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
