
Patient Care Specialist

Your role at our healthcare facility involves caring for patients at all stages of treatment, from diagnosis to complex care and end-of-life support.
The position requires assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care, seeking guidance from senior staff when necessary.
You will promote effective communication, teamwork, and cooperation within the department and hospital. Provide patient education and serve as a resource when required.
Support and supervise staff and students as needed, including orienting and precepting new team members.
Contribute to achieving operational objectives of the hospital and clinical services.
To succeed in this role, you must have current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, along with demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work effectively within our multidisciplinary healthcare team, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
