Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the key to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional support to our sales team and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This role is pivotal in acknowledging customer orders, managing Purchase Orders through CRM systems, and assisting with basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and process customer orders in a timely manner
  • Support sales reporting and assist with basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including document preparation and submission materials
  • Making outbound calls to promote and grow sales of our products
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide status updates, and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and supporting office tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, sales support, or administrative roles
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM platforms (such as Pronto and Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
