Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. This role is rostered across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers, offering product knowledge and expertise to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating positivity and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with their queries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, including visual merchandising and store presentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
