About the Role

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance, or debt capital markets;
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial approach and ability to negotiate effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients;
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers;
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree.
