Our Global Markets team is seeking a skilled Lawyer or junior Senior Associate to join our Securitisation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securitisation and structured finance, as well as excellent technical and drafting skills.

**Salary**

The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on securitisation and structured finance transactions;
  • Assisting with the preparation of transaction documents and due diligence reports;
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions;

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of legal experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets;
  • Strong technical and drafting skills;
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly;
  • A commercial approach and the ability to negotiate effectively;
  • A collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels;
